These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the landlord onboarding system (“the Service”) developed by Purple Moon Designs and integrated with Reapit’s Foundations platform. By submitting your details through this system, you agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Service
This system facilitates the submission, processing, and secure transmission of landlord, property, and enquiry details to the Reapit platform used by your managing agency or letting partner.
2. Data Collection & Submission
You may be asked to provide the following information:
- Landlord details (name, contact info, landlord type, registration number, emergency contact)
- Primary address
- Property information (address, type, style, metadata)
- Letting enquiry details (valuation request, consent, source)
All fields are collected for the sole purpose of onboarding properties and landlords via your agency’s connected Reapit account.
3. Third-Party API Integration
Submitted information is transmitted via secure API to Reapit Foundations, using credentials and endpoints supplied by your letting agent.
- Purple Moon Designs does not store, manage, or act upon your data except for temporary processing required to fulfill this transmission.
- The Reapit platform’s own Terms and Privacy Policy govern how your data is ultimately stored and processed by the agency.
4. Accuracy & Responsibility
You confirm that:
- All data you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- You are authorised to submit the information on behalf of the landlord or as the landlord yourself.
Purple Moon Designs is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate data, misuse, or incomplete form submissions.
5. Test Mode & Sandbox Use
In some cases, forms may operate in test mode, in which no real data is sent to Reapit. Test mode is used for demonstrations or during internal configuration and debugging.
6. Availability & Downtime
While Purple Moon Designs takes care to maintain system uptime, no guarantees are made regarding continuous availability. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur, especially during Reapit maintenance periods or API outages.
7. Intellectual Property
The form system, branding, and underlying code are owned by Purple Moon Designs. You may not replicate, resell, or modify the system without prior written consent.
8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and authenticated with Reapit via secure OAuth2.
- Agencies are responsible for managing API credentials, customer IDs, and sandbox/live modes correctly.
- Purple Moon Designs is not liable for issues caused by incorrect API configuration.

10. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
