- Used only to submit your landlord and property details to the Reapit Foundations platform.
- Shared only with your letting agency via their secure API connection.

We process your data under legitimate interest, on behalf of your agency, to:
- Comply with property registration requirements
- Set up letting enquiries and tenancy records
- Provide a smoother onboarding experience

- Reapit Ltd, via secure APIs
- Your letting agent who manages the Reapit account

- No long-term data storage—submissions are passed through and purged as per agency setup
